Schematics and control logic
Your customers’ core know-how. Many framework agreements in industrial, pharma and defense settings explicitly prohibit uploads to third-country clouds.
LOKI runs fully locally on your hardware. It searches schematics, test reports, costings and mailboxes with a single question. Every answer names its source.
Monday’s the periodic inspection at Meier. Which plan revision applies there?
The valid one is the terminal diagram from the 2023 extension [1]. The last test report dates from 14 September 2021, tested by M. Kranz with a Gossen Metrawatt Profitest MXTRA [2]. In between, the RCD was retrofitted, commissioned by email on 8 May 2023 [3].
Have we ever costed an MCC assembly like this before? And what went off the rails back then?
Yes, in 2023 for a project in a comparable power class [1]. Three change orders grew out of it [2]. The internal minutes record why the terminal compartment design caused a two-week delay back then [3].
The customer’s disputing the change order on the incoming feeder. Who requested the change, and when?
It was requested at the site meeting on 11 March and confirmed in writing by the site manager [1]. The meeting minutes record the approval [2], and the measurement record entry of 19 March documents the execution [3].
From family-run businesses to DAX corporations. Machine building, chemicals, and the public sector.
The obligation to keep it that way is written into your customer contracts.

Ten years of record-keeping under DIN VDE 0100-600: with tester, period and the measuring instrument used, by make and type. A liability issue.
Anyone who knows how you cost a job knows where your margin sits. That belongs in nobody else’s data center.
A test report under DIN VDE 0100-600 must be kept for ten years from the last modification. The EU Machinery Regulation 2023/1230, binding from January 2027, requires technical documentation including risk analyses, drawings and software logic, also for ten years. Keeping it is the easy part. Finding it is the problem.
DIN VDE 0105-100 requires the periodic inspection to reference the necessary schematics and technical documentation. If the current plan revision can’t be found within minutes, one costed inspection day turns into an inspection day plus a search day.
VDE-AR-N 4105 or 4110, plant certificate B, NELEV declaration of conformity, the E.1 to E.8 form chain. Every distribution grid operator has its own connection conditions, form versions and submission channels, plus registration in the Marktstammdatenregister, Germany’s core energy market register, within one month of commissioning.
Replacement demand from retirement is rising to around 13,000 electrical engineers per year. The same team carries more projects, while the people who know why a plant built in 2014 was wired exactly the way it was are leaving.
The knowledge is in the building. It just sits in a CAE project, a scanned report, a costing line and an email thread all at once.
Your knowledge lives in four systems that don’t know each other: CAE projects, scanned test reports, ERP costing and the project managers’ mailboxes. LOKI lays one search across all four, fully on your hardware, with a source citation for every answer.
CAE project, scanned report, costing line, email thread.
LOKI opens up all four and lays one search across them.
No file name, no project code, no knowing where anything lives.
Every statement carries the source it came from.
One question. Four systems. One answer that tells you where it knows it from.
Monday, 6:40 a.m. The tester is due to inspect a plant your company built in 2016 and extended in 2021.

Your team wants to work with the best models, and does so anyway, if need be around the official toolbox. LOKI turns that into an official path: you connect external models, and every request passes through a check first. Names, order numbers, part identifiers and amounts are detected and redacted before the prompt leaves the building.
Sum up the change orders for project Meier[CUSTOMER], order 4711[ORDER] for me. It’s about switchgear -Q1[EQUIPMENT].

Name recognition and configurable patterns find what must not go out.
The user sees in the chat what was found and chooses: send anonymized, send unchanged, or cancel.
Every call is in the log, with user, model, time and the result of the check. Including the cancelled ones.
And this is what the switch looks like in the product: choose a cloud model and it tells you right above the input field.
That’s the difference between a ban that gets bypassed and a path you’re allowed to take.
We don’t have to vouch for the architecture ourselves. The conference of Germany’s data-protection authorities (DSK) described it before we built it.
The DSK’s guidance on AI and data protection states that technically closed systems are preferable from a data-protection perspective: in open systems, the input data leaves the users’ protected environment. With LOKI it doesn’t.
Inside a language model itself there is no way to control who may see which information; the supervisory authorities state this explicitly. In the knowledge system in front of it, tenant separation and role-based access do work. That’s why LOKI is built this way. And that’s why individual entries can be deleted deliberately instead of disappearing into a model.
The EU Machinery Regulation 2023/1230 requires documented software and AI aspects in the technical documentation from January 2027. If you supply municipal utilities, grid operators or critical-infrastructure (KRITIS) industry, you inherit their NIS2 supply-chain requirements. A stack that runs entirely on your premises is a one-line answer in the supplier questionnaire instead of an essay of justification.
The regulators call this a mitigating measure, not a blanket solution, and name open questions around transparency and data-subject rights. We put it exactly the same way.
Without you changing your system landscape.
LOKI is a tool agent, not a chatbot. It queries databases live, generates finished Word and PowerPoint documents and logs every step.
The inquiry sounds familiar: MCC switchgear, similar power class, similar industry. LOKI finds the costing of the comparable project, the three change orders that grew out of it, and the minutes recording why the terminal compartment design caused a two-week delay.
Costed with the knowledge from last time instead of today’s gut feeling.
Four months after acceptance, the client disputes ever having ordered a change. 18,000 euros are at stake. LOKI finds the email exchange from the site meeting, the meeting minutes with the site manager’s approval and the measurement record entry documenting the execution, with date, sender and source.
Change orders rarely fail on merit. They mostly fail on evidence.
A fault on a plant from 2014. The colleague who built it retired a year ago. From the tablet, LOKI finds the special release for the deviating busbar cross-section, the email in which the then designer justified it, and the as-built drawing that never made it into the ERP.
Experience that has left the building stays retrievable.

With our locally installed AI assistant from IGNAITE, our employees can access company knowledge much faster. For example, information from past projects. This enables higher productivity and, above all, more comprehensive knowledge sharing.
In our collaboration with IGNAITE, we built a practical, high-performance computer-vision solution that has sustainably improved our incoming-materials processes. What particularly convinced us was the structured approach, the deep process understanding, and the ability to translate complex requirements into pragmatic solutions.
LOKI opens up what has been written down. On the shop floor, though, a lot never makes it into a document: currents, temperatures, switching cycles, running hours. MINERVA captures them at the machine, with its own boards on your own network, and turns them into sources LOKI can cite.
Extendable with MINERVABoth products follow the same principles: sovereign, source-based, local. You start with one and add the other when you need it.
From the go-ahead to productive operation in under four weeks.
We look at your data landscape and tell you honestly what LOKI can open up from it and what it can’t.
The hardware goes in behind your firewall. File shares, SharePoint, ERP and mail server are connected.
We hand over only once it runs production-ready. The EU AI Act has required you since February 2025 to train your staff in the competent use of AI; we deliver that training.
We open up the relevant content: parts lists, equipment identifiers, terminal and cable lists, plus the plan PDFs including their metadata. The ambition is answering the question "In which project did we solve this that way again?" in seconds; EPLAN itself stays in charge. What is concretely possible in your landscape, we clarify before the installation.
No. Scanned documents are processed with text recognition. With handwritten entries the hit rate drops. We tell you that up front instead of promising otherwise.
That is the reason LOKI exists. There is no upload and no third-country transfer. The optional remote maintenance for support and updates can be switched off at any time; LOKI needs no internet to operate.
LOKI answers based on sources and names the document for every statement. For sensitive actions the rule is: a human confirms before anything happens. And every tool call is logged.
A fixed monthly price plus a one-time setup fee that includes the server hardware. The license covers unlimited users. There are three packages that differ in hardware sizing. Operation, maintenance, updates and support are included. We’ll give you the specific price in the intro call.
The industry pages show LOKI in the everyday work of individual industries. If yours is missing, that only means we haven’t written it up yet.
30 minutes, an honest assessment. No slides, no sales pressure. We’ll also tell you if LOKI isn’t the right step for your data situation yet.
