Our management works in day-to-day delivery. Marlies and Jens share responsibility for technology, because LOKI and MINERVA are different disciplines: language models and knowledge processing on one side, embedded systems and sensing on the other. Anyone here who decides on architecture has built it themselves first.

Advisory Board

Our advisory board connects us to applied research and a strong network. Two professors from distributed systems and production engineering accompany development on the technical side, complemented by strategic experience from industrial mid-market companies. This is not a figurehead board: it meets regularly, and its objections have already overturned more than one architecture decision.

The IGNAITER

The heart of IGNAITE works directly on the product: AI development, embedded systems, security, frontend, project management, design and communications. Many came to us from universities, some from industry, some from research. We deliberately train our own. Several IGNAITER started as working students or interns.
